Our client is a hospital for Cats and Dogs that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for providing a full scope of general practice services, including wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, medical consultations, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care cases. This opportunity offers exposure to a varied small animal caseload within a collaborative and well-supported setting. Doctor hours are to be discussed, with the position open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. Dedicated mentorship opportunities are available to support continued clinical development and long-term professional growth.

Practice Details
The hospital offers a full scope of GP services alongside Urgent Care and Orthopedic services. The practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic and treatment technology, including but not limited to digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, ultrasound, and Tonopen equipment, supporting comprehensive patient care and efficient workflow throughout the hospital. In addition to veterinary services, the practice also offers behaviour therapy, cryotherapy, laser therapy, and other regenerative medicine services. As part of a larger veterinary community, veterinarians also benefit from access to internal specialty consultations and ongoing continuing education programs. The clinic operates Monday from 7:00am to 5:30pm, Tuesday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Wednesday from 7:00am to 5:30pm, Thursday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 1:00pm, and is closed on Sundays.

The hospital consists of 6 DVMs supported by a high technician-to-doctor ratio, ensuring excellent support for doctors and optimal patient care. Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
