Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital that is hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its trusted, full-service veterinary team. Founded in 2010, the hospital has built a strong reputation within the community for delivering high-quality veterinary care to cats and dogs. This opportunity is ideal for veterinarians seeking a well-established practice that combines comprehensive general practice medicine with urgent care services, while offering a supportive environment for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will be responsible for the full scope of general practice responsibilities, providing preventative care, diagnostics, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management for a diverse caseload. The position offers the opportunity to practice high-quality medicine while building long-term relationships with clients and patients. Veterinarians of all experience levels are encouraged to apply, including new graduates, with mentorship and support available to help develop clinical confidence and skills. The hospital offers a flexible schedule with rotating Saturdays and no after-hours responsibilities, supporting a healthy work-life balance while maintaining excellent continuity of patient care.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, remaining closed on Sundays. As a full-service veterinary facility, the practice provides both comprehensive general practice and urgent care services, allowing veterinarians to enjoy a varied and engaging caseload. Equipment available includes, but is not limited to, ultrasound, digital radiography, and digital dental radiography, supporting efficient diagnostics and treatment planning across a wide range of medical and surgical cases. In addition to its core veterinary services, the hospital also offers acupuncture, providing additional treatment options for patients requiring integrative care. The combination of modern diagnostic capabilities, diverse clinical services, and an established client base creates an excellent environment for veterinarians looking to practice high-quality medicine while continuing to grow professionally.

Team
The hospital is home to a team of four DVMs supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Together, the team works cohesively to provide the highest level of client and patient care. The collaborative environment encourages mentorship, teamwork, and professional development, creating a supportive workplace where veterinarians can continue to build their clinical expertise while working alongside experienced colleagues. The culture promotes excellence, accountability, and continuous development, ensuring both team members and patients receive the highest standard of care while fostering an environment where veterinary professionals can thrive and grow throughout their careers. Working alongside an experienced medical team provides valuable opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continued professional growth within a supportive clinical setting.
