Job Description
Introduction
Our client is an AAHA-accredited small animal practice seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team, offering either full-time or part-time opportunities while caring for dogs and cats.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care including wellness exams, preventive care, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, performing soft tissue surgeries and routine procedures such as spays and neuters, maintaining accurate medical records, and delivering excellent client communication. The role offers exposure to a broad caseload while working collaboratively with the team. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.
Practice Details
This well-established hospital has been serving the local community for more than 50 years and is AAHA accredited. The practice features four exam rooms and is equipped with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound, EKG, Tonopen, and electronic medical records. In-house capabilities support a wide range of diagnostic procedures, with advanced care available when needed. Services offered include preventive care, wellness exams, vaccinations, parasite control, weight management, allergy care, anesthesia, dental care and dental x-rays, full diagnostics, general and soft tissue surgery, geriatric medicine, pain management, radiology, and in-house pharmacy support. The hospital emphasizes compassionate care, high clinical standards, and a strong work-life balance culture.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
