Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital that has been serving its local community since 2001 and is currently hiring an Associate Veterinarian. The practice delivers comprehensive veterinary care and welcomes both small animal and exotic patients, offering a diverse and engaging caseload within a collaborative clinical environment.
Working Hours / Rota
This role is open to either full-time or part-time veterinarians. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, and is closed on Sundays.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality general practice care, including wellness and preventative medicine, diagnostics, advanced care, surgical procedures, and urgent care. The role emphasizes strong client communication, continuity of care, and collaborative case management. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with mentorship and professional development support available.

The hospital is a full-service clinic offering wellness and prevention services, advanced testing and diagnostics, surgical procedures, and urgent care. A unique aspect of the practice is its inclusion of exotic animal care alongside small animal medicine, creating a varied and rewarding caseload. Team
The team consists of five DVMs supported by a strong and dedicated support staff. The working environment is collaborative and mentoring-focused, encouraging shared learning and professional growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
