Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring a Reproductive Medicine Associate Veterinarian to join their small animal practice on either a full-time or part-time basis. This AAHA-accredited hospital has served the community since 1971 and is recognized for its high standards of medicine, strong client relationships, and commitment to comprehensive veterinary care. The practice is seeking an experienced veterinarian with an interest in reproductive medicine and advanced small animal care within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Reproductive Medicine Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care with a strong focus on reproduction services, including PennHIP evaluations and semen storage accounts. Responsibilities include wellness and preventative care, testing and diagnostics, advanced care, surgery, urgent care, and client education. Daily duties involve building strong client relationships, leading patient care from diagnosis through treatment, and collaborating closely with the veterinary and support teams to maintain exceptional standards of care. This opportunity is best suited to an experienced veterinarian seeking continued professional growth within reproductive medicine and advanced small animal practice.

Practice Details
This AAHA-accredited hospital provides wellness and prevention services, testing and diagnostics, advanced care, surgical procedures, urgent care, and reproductive medicine services for small animals. The practice has built a strong reputation within the community for compassionate medicine and clinical excellence. Advanced medical offerings include PennHIP evaluations, semen storage accounts, and a diverse caseload that supports ongoing skill development and high-quality patient care. The hospital emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and access to advanced resources to support veterinarians in delivering comprehensive care. Hospital hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and closed Sunday.

The practice currently has 4 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team. The environment is collaborative, stable, and focused on mentorship, teamwork, and professional growth.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
