Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a practice seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This role involves working with cats and dogs in a well-established small animal GP clinic known for delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The role includes a broad range of general practice responsibilities, including wellness care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine. Daily duties involve routine exams, managing medical cases, performing soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries, and delivering preventative care. The position is suited to an experienced veterinarian who is confident practicing high-quality medicine and values collaboration, autonomy, and building strong client relationships.
Practice Details
The clinic operates Monday and Tuesday from 7:00am to 5:30pm, Wednesday from 7:30am to 5:30pm, and Thursday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm. It is a small animal GP practice with a caseload that includes wellness, soft tissue surgery, orthopedic surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics. The facility is equipped with digital radiology, in-house laboratories, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, and a dental suite with dental radiology. Services offered include wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, diagnostics and imaging, spay and neuter procedures, allergy and dermatology care, surgery, nutrition counseling, pain management, and laser therapy. The practice emphasizes medical autonomy, strong clinical support, and a collaborative culture supported by experienced leadership and a loyal client base.
Team
The team consists of 4 DVMs supported by a tenured and experienced support staff, maintaining a strong technician support structure and fostering a collaborative working environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
