Introduction
An established small animal hospital in Peoria, Arizona is looking to welcome a full-time Associate Veterinarian to its growing three-doctor team. This is a progressive general practice where clinical standards, client education, and genuine relationships sit at the heart of everything they do. Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time opportunity within a structured and reliable schedule. The hospital is open Monday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Tuesday to Friday from 7:20 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, with Sundays closed. The rota offers consistency while maintaining a manageable weekend commitment, supporting both continuity of care and personal balance.
Role Description and Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals while fostering strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, diagnosing and managing medical cases, performing routine and soft tissue surgeries, and guiding pet owners through preventative care plans tailored to each patient. You will collaborate closely with an experienced support team to ensure efficient workflows and excellent patient outcomes. A proactive approach to communication, attention to detail in case management, and a commitment to evidence-based medicine are central to success in this position.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
