Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. This well-established practice has built a loyal client base and provides care for dogs, cats, pigs, guinea pigs, and rabbits, with the opportunity to see exotics for those with an interest.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves providing the full scope of GP responsibilities, including preventative care, consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, dentistry, and client education across a varied companion animal caseload. You will have the opportunity to manage cases from initial work-up through to treatment and follow-up while working collaboratively with an experienced support team. Specific working hours are to be discussed. The position is open to veterinarians of all experience levels, with students and new graduates encouraged to apply and receive dedicated mentorship.
Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm, and Saturday from 8:30am to 12:30pm. They provide a full scope of GP services alongside orthopedic surgery. The practice is equipped with, but not limited to, Digital Radiology, Ultrasound, a Tonopen, and an In-House Laboratory. Facilities include an Isolation Ward, an In-Office Surgical Suite, and an In-House Pharmacy. The hospital also provides Grooming, Laser Therapy, Oxygen and Transfusion Therapy, and DNA Breed Testing.

You will be joining a team of 1 DVM, supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Together, the team works seamlessly to deliver exceptional patient care and client service while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
