Job Description

Introduction
Our client is an AAHA-accredited animal hospital currently seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Caring for cats and dogs, the practice operates from a brand-new hospital built in 2024, offering a modern environment for both patients and staff.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position offers the opportunity to work across a varied general practice caseload, carrying out all the duties expected of a GP veterinarian. Responsibilities include wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and client communication. The practice welcomes applications from both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is AAHA accredited and provides a full scope of general practice services for cats and dogs. Operating from a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility built in 2024, the practice offers a modern clinical environment. The hospital is open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 2:00pm, and is closed on Sundays.

Team
The practice currently has a team of three DVMs who are supported by a well-tenured support staff and an experienced Practice Manager.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
