Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a modern, full-service small animal veterinary hospital that is hiring for an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. The hospital sees cats and dogs and offers a collaborative clinical environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care and client service.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves a full scope of general practice responsibilities within a supportive and team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload while delivering high-quality patient care and client communication. Specific doctor hours will be discussed. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, and is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays. Equipment available includes, but is not limited to, digital dental X-ray and digital X-ray technology. The practice also features an in-house pharmacy and a well-equipped surgical suite, supporting a modern and efficient clinical environment. Services offered include urgent care alongside a full scope of general practice services.

The practice is home to a skilled and collaborative team including one DVM supported by a high technician-to-doctor ratio, ensuring excellent support for doctors and optimal patient care. Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
