Our client is a modern and community-focused veterinary hospital in Ohio, seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their compassionate and collaborative team. The hospital provides comprehensive care for small animals and exotics, including small mammals, reptiles, and birds. Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The hospital is closed on Sundays, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide exceptional medical, surgical, and dental care to a wide range of patients, including small animals and exotics. The role involves delivering high-quality preventative medicine, performing surgical and diagnostic procedures, and maintaining strong client communication. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with structured mentorship and collaboration available to support ongoing growth and development.

Practice Details
The hospital features a modern, well-equipped facility designed to support comprehensive veterinary care. Services include preventative pet care, exotic animal medicine, surgery, dentistry, laser therapy, grooming, boarding, in-house diagnostics, end-of-life care, and emergency care during regular business hours. The hospital also offers a dog training day school for behavior and socialization. Advanced diagnostic and therapeutic tools are available, including in-house lab equipment and laser technology. Team
The hospital is home to three experienced DVMs supported by a dedicated and skilled team of veterinary professionals. The team fosters mentorship, open communication, and flexibility, ensuring that each member feels valued and supported both professionally and personally.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
