Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing community-focused small-animal veterinary care and is hiring an Associate Veterinarian. The clinic delivers comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental services for companion animals, with a strong emphasis on compassionate care, client trust, and teamwork. This opportunity is suitable for both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Working Hours / Rota
The role is open to either full-time or part-time candidates. The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm, with Saturday and Sunday closed. The last appointment of the day is scheduled at 4:40 pm, and there are no on-call or after-hours requirements, supporting a predictable and balanced work schedule.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care including wellness exams, preventative care, diagnostics, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, and urgent care for small animals. Clinical responsibilities include puppy and kitten wellness, laboratory diagnostics, radiology, dental cleanings, flea control, and emergency cases presented during operating hours. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with encouragement and support for those early in their careers.

Team

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
