Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. This AAHA-accredited, Fear Free Certified hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care for cats and dogs and is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its collaborative team. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, offering advanced technology, strong mentorship, and the chance to practice high-quality medicine while building lasting client relationships.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive medical care across a varied small animal caseload, including wellness and preventative care, diagnostics, internal medicine, dentistry, advanced dental procedures, soft tissue surgery, and general surgery. Responsibilities include performing routine examinations, developing treatment plans, communicating effectively with clients, and collaborating closely with fellow veterinarians on case discussions. New graduates are encouraged to apply and will receive dedicated mentorship, while experienced veterinarians will enjoy a busy caseload and the opportunity to practice advanced medicine in a supportive environment.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. The practice is AAHA-accredited and Fear Free Certified. Equipment and facilities include digital radiology, ultrasound, surgical laser, modern diagnostic equipment, OFA X-ray capability, an in-house laboratory, an in-house pharmacy, and an in-office surgical suite. Services include advanced care, advanced dental care, cold laser therapy, dermatology, soft tissue surgery, primary care, allergy and itchy skin relief, anesthesia, dental care, dental X-rays, dentistry, ear checks, euthanasia services, full diagnostics, general surgery, geriatric medicine, health certificates, health examinations, hospice care, hospitalization, intensive care, internal medicine, isolation ward, oxygen and transfusion therapy, pain management, periodontics, pet loss support, radiology, routine surgeries, spays and neuters, urology, and canine and feline diabetes management. The practice has a loyal client base and one of the highest patient volumes in the region, providing an excellent opportunity to build a varied caseload.

Team
You will join a team of 4 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team. The hospital fosters a collaborative, team-oriented culture where doctors regularly work together on case discussions and clinical decision-making. With experienced technicians and long-tenured support staff, veterinarians are well supported in delivering exceptional patient care while continuing to develop their clinical skills.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
