Our client is a veterinary hospital in Orange, CA, seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join their team. Since opening a state-of-the-art facility in 2012, this practice has been a trusted partner in pet care throughout Orange County, blending high-quality medicine with a strong focus on compassion, technology, and client education. The hospital provides a wide range of services, from preventive care and dentistry to advanced surgery, rehabilitation, and specialist consultations.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. This is a full-time position within a busy, collaborative environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care, including preventive medicine, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and rehabilitation therapy. Additional responsibilities may include laser therapy, senior wellness, nutritional counseling, and hospice care. The hospital collaborates closely with specialists in radiology, cardiology, and surgery, offering the opportunity to work in a highly supportive, multi-disciplinary environment. This position is best suited for an experienced veterinarian seeking to practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative, technology-driven setting.

Practice Details
The hospital is fully digitized, allowing for efficient diagnostics and communication with both clients and specialists. Facilities include advanced diagnostic equipment, a surgical suite, a rehabilitation area, and boarding services. Services offered encompass preventive medicine, dentistry, surgery, diagnostics, radiology, laser therapy, rehabilitation, senior wellness, nutritional counseling, hospice care, laboratory analysis, and specialist consultations. The practice places a strong emphasis on patient comfort, client education, and collaborative care.

Team
The hospital is home to four DVMs supported by a skilled team of veterinary assistants, technicians, receptionists, and hospital managers. The culture emphasizes teamwork, continuing education, and a supportive environment where every team member plays a vital role in providing exceptional care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
