Introduction
Our client is a practice providing high-quality small animal care and is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on a full or part-time basis. The clinic focuses on delivering compassionate, professional veterinary services to cats and dogs while supporting a flexible and balanced working environment.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with Sunday closed. This is a full or part-time role, offering flexibility and predictable hours, with scheduling tailored to suit both the veterinarian and the practice.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of progressive veterinary care, including examining patients, diagnosing conditions, and delivering treatment plans. Responsibilities include performing surgery, dentistry, and general medical care, as well as ensuring accurate patient records and effective communication with clients and colleagues. The role also involves contributing to medical standards, reviewing records for quality, supporting inventory and equipment decisions, and collaborating closely with the team to ensure continuity of care. This position is open to experienced veterinarians.

Practice Details
This is a full-service small animal practice dedicated to caring for cats and dogs, offering a wide range of services including preventive care, surgery, dental care, diagnostics, internal medicine, emergency care, geriatric care, and cold laser therapy. Surgical services include soft tissue surgery, spaying and neutering, C-sections, mass removals, foreign body procedures, orthopedic surgery, dental surgery, and more. The clinic has built a strong reputation since opening in 1982 for delivering knowledgeable, compassionate, and welcoming veterinary care. The environment supports high-quality medicine with a focus on client relationships and comprehensive patient care.

Team
The team consists of 4 DVMs and a great tenured support team, fostering a collaborative and supportive working culture.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
