Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing high-quality small animal veterinary care and is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their experienced and collaborative team. This AAHA-accredited practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes and maintaining strong relationships within the local community.
Working Hours / Rota
The role offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. No after-hours requirements are specified.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care, including diagnosing and treating patients while building lasting relationships with clients. Responsibilities include communicating treatment plans, educating pet owners, and collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. The role supports a varied caseload and is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

This is an AAHA-accredited small animal hospital focused on delivering comprehensive care. Services include wellness exams, vaccinations, advanced diagnostics, complex surgical procedures, and care for dogs, cats, and other small exotic pets. Team
The team consists of 6 DVMs and a great tenured support team, creating a collaborative and well-supported working environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
