Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian on a full or part-time basis. Providing care for small animal and exotic patients, this well-established practice has been delivering compassionate, personalised veterinary care since 1962. With a loyal and long-established clientele, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to join a supportive team committed to providing exceptional patient care.
Role Description and Responsibilities
This position involves providing the full scope of GP responsibilities, including preventative medicine, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, dentistry, and client communication across a varied caseload of small animal and exotic patients. You will work alongside an experienced team in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality medicine. Specific hours are to be discussed. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian.
Practice Details
The hospital is open Tuesday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and is closed Saturday through Monday. Services include a full scope of GP services and Urgent Care, providing a diverse caseload. The practice is equipped with, but not limited to, digital radiology, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, digital dental radiography, a video otoscope, and Tonopen technology. Facilities include a large fenced back yard and an in-house pharmacy. The hospital has maintained AAHA accreditation for over 55 years. Additional services include cold laser therapy and day boarding.

You will be joining a team of 2 DVMs supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Together, the team works seamlessly to deliver exceptional patient care and client service while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
