Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Serving the local area for over 35 years, this established small animal practice provides an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality care for cats and dogs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves providing the full scope of GP responsibilities, including preventative care, diagnostics, medicine, surgery, dentistry, and client communication. You will work with a varied companion animal caseload while delivering a high standard of patient and client care. Specific hours are to be discussed further. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with students and early-career veterinarians encouraged to apply and benefiting from dedicated mentorship.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 7:30am to 1:00pm. They provide a full scope of GP services alongside Urgent Care, offering a varied companion animal caseload. The practice is equipped with, but not limited to, Dental Radiology, Digital Radiology, diagnostic Ultrasound, EMR, Cold and Therapeutic Lasers, ECG, and an In-House Laboratory. Facilities include Hands-Free Radiology, an Isolation Ward, an In-Office Surgical Suite, and an In-House Pharmacy. The hospital is AAHA accredited. Additional services include Pet Boarding, Pet Counseling, and DNA Breed Testing.

Team
You will be joining a strong team of 2 DVMs, 2 LVTs, and 5 Veterinary Assistants, who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. The hospital is led by a supportive leadership team focused on the success and well-being of its associates, fostering a collaborative culture built on teamwork, communication, and professional growth. Together, the team works seamlessly to deliver exceptional patient care and client service while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
