Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their small animal practice providing care for companion animals. The hospital delivers high-quality veterinary care in a welcoming and collaborative environment, serving pets of all ages from puppies and kittens through to senior patients. This opportunity allows veterinarians to work with a loyal client base while practicing comprehensive medicine in a modern and well-equipped clinic.

Working Hours / Rota
The position offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The hospital operates Monday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Tuesday from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive veterinary care including wellness exams, preventive medicine, dentistry, surgery, and urgent care services. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating illnesses, conducting surgical procedures, administering vaccinations, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role also involves communicating clearly with pet owners, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure high standards of patient care. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is a progressive, multi-doctor veterinary facility serving the community since 2008 and providing veterinary care for pets of all ages. The practice operates from a modern clinic equipped with advanced veterinary equipment to support high-quality diagnostics and treatment. Services offered include Dental Health, Grooming, Surgery, and Vaccinations. The hospital provides a welcoming environment focused on compassionate care, client education, and long-term pet health.

Team
The hospital is supported by 7 DVMs and a great tenured support team, creating a collaborative environment where veterinarians work closely together to deliver excellent patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
