Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a brand-new small animal veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on a full-time basis. Opening in March 2027, this is an opportunity to join the hospital from the very beginning and play an important role in establishing a new practice within modern, purpose-built surroundings.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will deliver comprehensive medical, surgical, and preventative care while practising evidence-based medicine with strong diagnostic support. You will perform surgical and dental procedures and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient’s individual needs. The position offers a predictable schedule of four clinical days per week with one Saturday every four weeks. The hospital is seeking an experienced veterinarian who can help build and grow the clinic, establish medical protocols and standards, and shape the client experience from day one.

Practice Details
The hospital will be open Monday to Friday and Saturdays. As a full-service clinic, services will include preventative and wellness care, surgery, dentistry, and diagnostics. The hospital is also open to hearing about additional services and clinical interests that the incoming veterinarian could bring to the practice. You will work within brand-new, modern facilities equipped with up-to-date technology and equipment to support the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Team
You will join as the founding veterinarian and incoming doctor, working alongside a fantastic team as the new hospital establishes and grows.
