Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established small animal practice with strong community roots and a collaborative, team-focused environment. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with the clinic closed on Sundays. Flexible scheduling is offered to support work-life balance. Full-time hours are available, with benefits starting from 30 hours per week.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves delivering comprehensive veterinary care across a wide range of services, including preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, and urgent care. You will be responsible for examining patients, diagnosing conditions, performing surgical procedures, and developing treatment plans while maintaining strong client communication. The position supports clinical autonomy and collaboration, allowing you to grow professionally while contributing to a team-oriented environment. The role is suited to veterinarians who value high-quality medicine, teamwork, and ongoing development.

Practice Details
This is a well established, fully equipped hospital offering a broad range of services including wellness exams, vaccinations, dental care, advanced digital X-rays, in-house laboratory diagnostics, ultrasound, laser therapy, orthopedic surgery, emergency and urgent care, acupuncture, grooming, boarding, and hospice care. The practice is designed to support efficient, high-quality care with modern facilities and strong operational and clinical infrastructure, fostering an environment focused on collaboration, community, and professional growth.

Team
The team consists of 2 DVMs supported by skilled support staff, working in a collaborative and supportive environment that values teamwork, communication, and high standards of patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
