Introduction
Our client is a hospital hiring for an Associate Veterinarian within an AAHA-accredited small animal practice. The hospital is dedicated to providing high-quality care to companion animals and is seeking a full-time veterinarian to join its supportive and collaborative team. The practice is known for its commitment to clinical excellence and strong relationships with clients in the community.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical care, including examinations, diagnostics, and treatment planning, while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. Responsibilities include managing cases from diagnosis through treatment, communicating clearly with clients to support informed decision-making, and working closely with a supportive team environment. The role emphasizes practicing a high standard of medicine with a focus on collaboration and continuous professional growth.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The practice is AAHA accredited, reflecting its commitment to maintaining high standards in patient care and clinical protocols. Services offered include wellness and preventive care, vaccinations, dermatology, dental care, surgery, diagnostics, internal medicine, nutrition support, parasite prevention, senior care, oncology, ophthalmology, and laser therapy. The hospital utilizes advanced diagnostic tools such as digital radiography and ultrasound, supporting comprehensive and effective patient care. The environment is supported by access to additional resources and encourages ongoing education and development.

Team
The team consists of 5 DVMs supported by a collaborative and experienced support staff. The culture emphasizes teamwork, mentorship, and professional development, creating an environment where veterinarians can practice confidently while being supported by a skilled and engaged team.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
