Introduction
Our client is a clinic seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their well-established, community-focused small animal practice. The clinic provides comprehensive care to companion animals and offers an environment centered around high-quality, compassionate medicine, collaboration, and genuine work-life balance. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates seeking mentorship and growth.
Working Hours / Rota
The role offers full-time or part-time flexibility. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. No after-hours requirements are specified.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver comprehensive small animal care including wellness services, vaccinations, dental procedures, surgery, urgent care, and in-house diagnostics. Responsibilities include performing physical examinations, developing treatment plans, carrying out surgical and dental procedures, educating clients on preventive health and nutrition, and maintaining accurate medical records. The role emphasizes building meaningful client relationships while contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture. The position is open to experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

The clinic currently has 4 DVMs and a great tenured support team, fostering a collaborative, drama-free workplace where quality medicine and strong client relationships are the foundation.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
