Introduction
Our client is a practice that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Established in 1984, this small animal practice cares for cats and dogs and is committed to providing high-quality medicine and surgery in a supportive environment that prioritises professional growth, work-life balance, and excellent patient care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position offers the opportunity to undertake the full scope of GP responsibilities, including preventative care, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, dentistry, and client education. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. This opportunity is best suited to an experienced veterinarian who is proficient in general medicine and surgery. Specific working hours are to be discussed further.

Practice Details
The hospital provides general practice services Monday through Friday, alongside after-hours urgent care and weekend emergency services. Offering a diverse caseload across both routine and more advanced cases, the practice also provides services including, but not limited to, laser surgery and orthopedics. The hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment technology including, but not limited to, an In-House Laboratory, Digital Dental X-Ray, Digital X-Ray, and Ultrasound. Additional facilities include a fully equipped surgical suite, supporting a broad range of medical and surgical procedures. The practice also provides Laser Therapy, further enhancing the treatment options available to patients.

Team
You will be joining a team of 4 DVMs, supported by 22 dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. The hospital is led by a supportive leadership team focused on the success and well-being of its associates, fostering a collaborative culture built on teamwork, communication, and professional growth. Together, the team works seamlessly to deliver exceptional patient care and client service while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
