Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a full-service small animal hospital in Moreno Valley, California, hiring an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their fun, collaborative, and high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated veterinarian looking to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive environment.
Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. It is closed on Sundays. The role offers full-time scheduling with walk-in flexibility alongside appointments.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will deliver comprehensive patient care, including preventive medicine, internal medicine, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. Responsibilities include managing a varied caseload and working collaboratively with the medical team to provide compassionate care using modern diagnostics and treatment protocols.
Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with a full suite of diagnostic tools and technology, including digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, digital dental x-rays, ECG/EKG, and an in-house laboratory for bloodwork, urinalysis, and fecal exams. Services include wellness exams, dental care, rehabilitative therapy (such as cold laser), and more. The culture emphasizes quality medicine, compassion, and convenience, offering both scheduled appointments and walk-in service.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
