This soon-to-open companion animal hospital in Mesa, Arizona is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its founding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new practice from day one, helping establish a collaborative culture while delivering high-quality medicine in a modern, purpose-built facility. Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian or looking to continue developing your clinical skills, you’ll be supported by a team that values autonomy, mentorship, and exceptional patient care.
Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you’ll provide preventative care, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and medical case management while building lasting relationships with clients and their pets. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow veterinarians, technicians, and support staff to deliver outstanding patient care, contribute to case discussions, and help create a welcoming hospital environment. You’ll also be encouraged to pursue your own clinical interests through continuing education, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.

Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
