Our client is a well-established animal hospital based in Memphis, Tennessee, seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their friendly and supportive team. This full-service general practice provides comprehensive care for cats and dogs, with a strong focus on wellness, preventative medicine, and client education. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., offering consistent weekday scheduling and no weekend or after-hours requirements. This is a full-time position, providing veterinarians with a balanced work schedule and the opportunity to build lasting client relationships in a stable, well-supported environment.
Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care while developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and their pets. Daily responsibilities include performing wellness exams, diagnostics, and surgeries, educating clients on preventative care, and ensuring every patient receives compassionate, thorough treatment. The position is open to both experienced veterinarians and recent graduates, with structured mentorship available to support professional growth. Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
