Job Description
Introduction
Our client is a hospital that is hiring an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Caring for cats and dogs, this well-established practice has been a trusted partner within the community since 2007, building deep relationships that are reflected in its excellent 4.8-star Google rating. Role Description and Responsibilities
This position offers the opportunity to perform the full scope of general practice veterinary medicine within a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities will include preventative care, wellness examinations, diagnostics, treatment planning, surgery, dentistry, medical case management, and client communication while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. The role is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking mentorship and professional development as well as those looking to continue advancing their clinical expertise.
Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and is closed on Sundays. The practice provides the full scope of GP services, urgent care, and orthopedics creating a diverse and rewarding caseload. The hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic technology including, but not limited to, Digital Dental X-Ray, Digital X-Ray, Ultrasound, and Tonopen equipment.
Team
You will join a team of 4 DVMs supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Doctors, technicians, and client service professionals work seamlessly together to provide outstanding care, trusted communication, and the best possible outcomes for pets and their families.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
