Job Description

Introduction
Our client is looking to welcome a new veterinarian to their team as the practice continues to expand. The practice provides care for small animals and is hiring for a Veterinarian position.

Working Hours / Rota
The practice is open Monday to Friday, 8 am–5 pm, and closed on weekends. The ideal schedule for this full-time position would be four weekdays. Specific doctor hours are open to discussion. The practice offers flexible scheduling with no on-call responsibilities; after-hours emergencies are referred to a local ER.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves full general practice responsibilities, including wellness care, diagnostics, boarding, surgery, and limited daytime emergency services. All experience levels are welcome to apply. The practice encourages clinical growth, whether your interests lean toward medicine or surgery, and supports your development with structured leadership training and potential future leadership opportunities.

Practice Details
The practice offers a well-equipped environment with tools such as a surgical laser and new digital ultrasound. The team handles a variety of surgical opportunities and a broad caseload. Team
The practice currently has two doctors and a strong team of licensed technicians and highly trained assistants. The environment is supportive and collaborative, with staff empowered to work at the top of their skill set.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
