Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital serving the North Texas area since 1999, providing care for cats and dogs. They are hiring for an Associate Veterinarian position on either a full-time or part-time basis. The hospital prides itself on combining modern veterinary medicine with a personalized approach, building lasting relationships with clients and the local community.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for a full scope of GP responsibilities, including wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, dentistry, and in-hour emergency care. Doctor hours are open to discussion, allowing flexibility for the right candidate. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is well equipped and offers a full scope of GP services, including wellness, preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry, alongside in-hour emergency care and orthopedics. The practice operates Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, and is closed on Sundays. The team takes pride in delivering modern veterinary medicine with a personalized approach while fostering strong relationships with clients and the community.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
