Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their established small animal practice, delivering high-quality veterinary care within a community-focused and relationship-driven environment.

Working Hours / Rota
This position offers flexibility for full-time or part-time candidates. The hospital operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and is closed on weekends.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care, including wellness, diagnostics, surgery, and dentistry. The role allows veterinarians to pursue their clinical interests, whether in internal medicine, preventive care, or surgical procedures, while maintaining high standards of patient care. You will work closely with a supportive team, building strong relationships with clients and contributing to a collaborative and compassionate environment. This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

This is a well-respected, full-service small animal hospital with a loyal client base and a strong emphasis on compassionate, relationship-driven care. The practice is equipped to support thorough diagnostics and treatment, enabling veterinarians to practice high-quality medicine with autonomy. Services offered include wellness care, vaccinations, dental care, surgery, in-house diagnostics, parasite prevention, nutritional counseling, microchipping, senior pet care, and exotics. The culture is collaborative and supportive, encouraging professional growth and clinical development.

The hospital has 2 DVMs and a great tenured support team, fostering a collaborative and welcoming working environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
