Our client is a hospital hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join a well-established, fast-paced practice with strong community roots. The hospital provides care for both companion and farm animals and is seeking a veterinarian who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, progressive care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The role involves a broad range of clinical responsibilities including surgery, dentistry, wellness care, testing and diagnostics, urgent care, and cruciate ligament (ACL) surgery. The position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available and is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. The hospital values thorough, high-quality care and is looking for a collaborative team member who enjoys sharing knowledge and contributing to a supportive clinical environment.

Practice Details
Our client is a well-established hospital with nearly 100 years of veterinary history in the area and a strong reputation for progressive, high-quality care. The practice operates in a fast-paced environment and offers a diverse caseload across companion and farm animals. Services include pet surgery and dentistry, testing and diagnostics, cruciate ligament (ACL) surgery, urgent care, and pet wellness care. The culture is team-focused, with an emphasis on collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth, supported by experienced veterinarians who are passionate about development. Hospital opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with weekends closed.

Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs supported by a great tenured support team. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and mentorship-focused, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and shared success.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
