Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing small animal veterinary care for cats and dogs, and they are currently hiring an Associate Veterinarian to join their team.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Urgent care hours run from Friday to Sunday between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Doctor hours are open to discussion, and the role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position involves the full scope of general practice responsibilities, including the management of urgent care cases. The role is suited to an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
The hospital is well equipped and offers a full range of general practice services, including surgery, dentistry, wellness care, and internal medicine, in addition to urgent care.

Team
The team consists of two DVMs supported by a great group of well-trained support staff.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
