Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a small animal practice seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. The hospital provides veterinary care exclusively for cats and dogs.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for the full scope of general practice responsibilities, with a clinical focus spanning wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery and dentistry. Working hours are open to discussion, allowing the schedule to be discussed based on the individual veterinarian. The practice is ideally seeking a veterinarian with at least one year of experience.

Practice Details
The hospital is well equipped and offers a full scope of general practice services, including wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery and dentistry, alongside urgent care services. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with the practice closed on Sundays.

Team
The practice currently has one DVM who works alongside a great team of support staff.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
