Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a modern general practice providing comprehensive veterinary care for cats and dogs. They are seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join the practice. The practice is open to both full-time and part-time applicants and takes a technology-forward approach to veterinary medicine, providing veterinarians with the tools, structure, and support needed to deliver high-quality medicine while maintaining boundaries between work and life.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide a full scope of general practice and urgent care services, alongside soft tissue surgery including foreign object removal, mass removal, and gastropexy. The role involves delivering high-quality medicine and compassionate patient care within a structured clinical environment. This position is specifically for an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
The practice features a warm, modern clinical environment with 24/7 virtual care support, dedicated in-clinic support, and an in-house technology platform designed to reduce administrative and record-keeping demands. Veterinarians work a single clinical flow per shift, covering examinations, urgent care, or procedures, and benefit from customizable onboarding and training, continuing education support, and clear career growth opportunities. The practice is open Monday through Sunday from 8am to 6pm.

Team
The practice has four DVMs and a tenured support team. The environment is collaborative, supportive, growth-oriented, and blame-free, with mentorship programs and an emphasis on teamwork, continuous learning, professional development, and the well-being of the clinical team.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
