Our client is a well-established small animal veterinary hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their dedicated team. The practice provides comprehensive medical care for cats and dogs, delivering progressive medicine alongside compassionate, client-focused service. This opportunity is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality general medicine while working in a supportive environment that values teamwork, mentorship, and professional growth.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and is closed on weekends. The team is open to both full-time and part-time applications, allowing flexibility to create a schedule that suits the incoming veterinarian while maintaining continuity of care for patients and clients.

Role Description and Responsibilities
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will provide a full range of general practice services including diagnosing and treating medical conditions, performing surgery and dentistry, managing ongoing cases, and educating clients on preventive care and treatment plans. The role offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to practice comprehensive medicine across routine and more advanced cases. Students and new graduates are encouraged to apply, with dedicated mentorship available to support clinical development and confidence as you grow in your career.

Practice Details
This AAHA-accredited hospital is equipped to support modern veterinary care, featuring an in-house pharmacy, a fully equipped surgical suite, and in-house X-ray and ultrasound capabilities. The practice offers a wide range of services including wellness and preventive care, soft tissue surgery, dental care, ultrasound diagnostics, oncology support, and pain management. As a full-service small animal hospital, the clinic focuses on delivering progressive and comprehensive medical care for its patients.

Team
You will be joining a two-doctor veterinary team supported by a brilliant and experienced group of support staff. The team culture is collaborative and mentorship-focused, ensuring veterinarians have the assistance and resources needed to provide excellent patient care while continuing to develop professionally.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
