Introduction
Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its team. The hospital provides comprehensive care for dogs, cats, and small mammals, offering wellness and preventative care, advanced diagnostics, surgery, urgent care, and a wide range of specialty services. The practice is committed to delivering high-quality veterinary medicine within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions, perform surgical procedures, develop treatment plans, provide follow-up care, and maintain accurate medical records. The role also involves mentoring and supporting medical staff, helping to establish standards of care, collaborating with hospital leadership on operational initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. Strong communication with clients and leadership within the clinical team are key aspects of the position. The role is open to experienced veterinarians and offers structured mentorship opportunities for new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., and is closed on Sundays. The practice is equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound, in-house laboratory testing, laser therapy, and advanced surgical equipment to support a diverse caseload. Services include wellness and preventative care, advanced surgical procedures, urgent care, boarding, pain management, cardiology, oncology, ophthalmology, endocrinology, internal medicine, physical rehabilitation, and behavior therapy. The hospital promotes a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and clinical excellence, with structured mentorship and ongoing professional development available to support career growth.

Team
The hospital is staffed by four veterinarians supported by an experienced technical and support team. The environment is collaborative and mentorship-focused, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, professional development, and delivering exceptional patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
