Introduction
Our client is a hospital looking to hire an Associate Veterinarian on either a full-time or part-time basis. Treating cats and dogs, this full-service veterinary hospital offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian to join a team committed to delivering high-quality companion animal care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role covers the full scope of GP responsibilities, providing preventative, medical, surgical, and wellness care for cats and dogs. You’ll perform routine examinations, diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, carry out surgical procedures, and promote preventative healthcare through client education. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with the veterinary team to deliver the highest standard of patient care, and building strong relationships with clients through compassionate communication. Specific working hours will be discussed during the interview process. This opportunity is suited to an experienced veterinarian.

Practice Details
The hospital provides the full scope of GP services, delivering comprehensive preventative care, routine wellness examinations, diagnostic evaluations, medical treatments, surgical procedures, urgent care, and advanced dental treatments. Additional services include laser therapy, stem cell therapy, and acupuncture. The practice is equipped with advanced diagnostic equipment including, but not limited to, an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, and digital dental X-ray. The state-of-the-art facility features an on-site pharmacy, a dedicated reception area, and a separate examination room designed to provide a calm and comfortable experience away from canines. The hospital is also a cat-friendly clinic. The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Team
You’ll be joining a team of 2 DVMs, supported by dedicated veterinary technicians and client service professionals who share a commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care. Together, the team works seamlessly to deliver exceptional patient care and client service while maintaining a positive and supportive workplace environment.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
