Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital that is hiring for a full or part-time Associate Veterinarian. The hospital sees dogs and cats and has been a trusted part of the community for more than four decades. The practice provides comprehensive veterinary care within a collaborative and patient-focused clinical environment dedicated to delivering high-quality medicine and compassionate care.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves a full scope of general practice responsibilities within a busy and supportive hospital setting. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a wide range of medical cases while delivering high-quality preventative, medical, surgical, and client care services across a varied caseload. Doctor hours will be discussed. This opportunity is suited to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates, with students and new graduates encouraged to apply and receiving dedicated mentorship within a collaborative learning environment.

Practice Details
The hospital operates Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 7:00pm, Friday from 7:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Equipment available includes, but is not limited to, digital dental radiography, digital radiography, diagnostic ultrasound, EMR systems, cold or therapeutic lasers, Tonopen technology, and an in-house laboratory, supporting advanced diagnostics and patient care across a varied caseload. Facilities include a dedicated dental suite, in-house pharmacy, in-office surgical suite, and isolation ward designed to support efficient workflows and comprehensive patient treatment. The practice also maintains a cat-friendly environment to support low-stress patient care. Services offered include urgent care, a full scope of general practice services, advanced dental care, and cold laser therapy. In addition, the hospital also provides pet counseling and pet grooming services.

Team
The successful candidate will work alongside a team of four doctors, four RVTs, and seven veterinary assistants within a collaborative and highly supportive clinical environment. The practice maintains a minimum 2:1 technician-to-doctor ratio, ensuring veterinarians are fully supported in delivering high-quality patient care. The collaborative culture across the hospital encourages teamwork, communication, education, and shared clinical excellence, creating an environment focused on providing seamless and compassionate care to both patients and clients.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
