A well-established animal hospital in Little Falls, NJ, is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its talented team. The hospital welcomes both current veterinary students and newly graduated veterinarians, offering a supportive environment and a tailored 6-month mentorship program to help build confidence and skills. The practice prides itself on fostering growth in new veterinarians while providing a collaborative team atmosphere. This four-doctor practice is fast-paced yet maintains a warm, family-like atmosphere, with many team members having over a decade of service. The hospital treats dogs, cats, and exotics, and actively partners with local animal shelters and rescues, further demonstrating its commitment to the community. The hospital is open Monday through Saturday, with evening appointments available three nights a week. Doctors rotate Saturday shifts (9 am-3 pm), but there are no on-call duties, as emergencies are referred to local emergency hospitals.
