Are you a veterinarian who dreams of practice ownership, but needs guidance? Partnering with this group may be the answer you’re looking for! This up-and-coming veterinary group are co-owned by three DVMs who are looking to expand across the USA! By partnering with this group, you would own 25% of the hospital, with the other 75% being split between the three co-owners. A small percentage is also held for you to use as a hiring incentive for other key members of staff you bring onboard in the future. To date, veterinarians who have partnered with them have had average gains of over $500k in equity for each year they spent as a managing partner. The group are looking for veterinarians who have great leadership qualities, excellent medical and surgical skills, and a curiosity for business. They will assist in securing a location and coordinating build-out; securing financing; securing equipment; providing capital; providing HR services to assist the practice; provide mentoring and assistance with practice management; provide team management guidance and assistance; assist with inventory management; assist with set-up and maintenance of practice software; manage bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll responsibilities; negotiate competitive products and services with multiple vendors and much, much more!
