Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a veterinary hospital seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join their team. This opportunity is open to either full-time or part-time candidates and offers the chance to provide care for cats and dogs in a well-supported general practice environment.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full scope of general practice responsibilities, including wellness and preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry. Doctor hours are open to discussion. This position is open to experienced veterinarians only.

Practice Details
The hospital provides a full scope of GP services, including wellness, preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry, as well as orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation. The practice is well-equipped to support a varied small animal caseload. Hospital opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Team
The team consists of 3 DVMs supported by a well-tenured support staff team.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
