Our client is a full-service veterinary hospital seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its established team. The practice provides comprehensive care for dogs, cats, exotic pets, and pocket pets, combining preventative medicine with advanced diagnostics, surgery, urgent care, and a broad range of specialized services. The hospital is focused on delivering high-quality, evidence-based medicine within a supportive and collaborative environment, with opportunities for continued professional development and growth.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive patient care across a varied caseload, including wellness and preventative medicine, internal medicine, diagnostics, dentistry, pain management, urgent care, and surgical procedures. Clinical responsibilities include diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing treatment plans, performing soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, providing dental care, and managing patients requiring advanced diagnostics. The hospital also provides care for exotic and pocket pets, alongside services such as acupuncture, behavior therapy, cardiology, cryotherapy, orthopedics, and laser therapy. The veterinarian will build strong relationships with clients through clear communication, educate them on treatment options, and collaborate closely with the wider hospital team to provide high-quality care.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with the hospital closed on Sundays. The full-service facility supports advanced medical and surgical care with digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, tonometry, in-house laboratory diagnostics, modern anesthesia monitoring, and laser technology. Services include wellness and preventative care, vaccinations, dentistry, dermatology, internal medicine, senior care, hospice and euthanasia, microchipping, nutritional support, parasite control, diagnostics, cardiology, orthopedics, pain management, acupuncture, behavior therapy, cryotherapy, laser therapy, urgent care, boarding, grooming, and care for exotic and pocket pets. Surgical services include spay and neuter procedures, soft tissue surgery, mass removals, CCL repair, orthopedic surgery, laser surgery, and dental surgery. The hospital also has access to internal specialty consultations and continuing education resources to support complex cases and ongoing clinical development.

Team
The hospital has four DVMs working alongside a supportive paraprofessional team. The environment is collaborative and focused on clinical excellence, communication, and continued learning. Veterinarians have access to mentorship, internal specialty support, and professional development opportunities, with pathways available for those looking to expand their clinical skills or progress into leadership.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
