Working Hours / Rota
This position is part-time, with two scheduled days per week and one Saturday per month. There are no on-call or after-hours requirements, making it an ideal role for someone who values balance between their professional and personal life.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide general practice care, including wellness visits, diagnostics, dentistry, and routine surgeries. Responsibilities include developing trusted relationships with clients, communicating clear treatment plans, and practicing evidence-based medicine with a focus on preventative care and client education. The role is well supported by experienced staff who share a commitment to low-stress handling techniques and patient-first care.

Practice Details
This modern, full-service hospital is equipped with digital radiology, ultrasound, a surgical suite, and an in-house laboratory to support accurate diagnostics and comprehensive care. The practice emphasizes preventative medicine while also managing a range of acute and chronic conditions. With a strong local reputation, the hospital is backed by experienced support staff and has cultivated a loyal client base over two decades of service.

Team
The hospital currently supports a team of four veterinarians alongside skilled technicians and support staff. The practice prioritizes collaboration, mentorship, and continuous education, creating an environment where veterinarians can continue to grow while providing exceptional patient care.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
