Introduction
Our client is a Fear Free certified small animal practice established in 1942, providing compassionate and high-quality care for dogs and cats. They are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team on either a full-time or part-time basis. The practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional veterinary care in a professional, supportive, and client-focused environment, operating Monday through Friday.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will be responsible for delivering high-quality medical, surgical, and preventative healthcare services to companion animals while maintaining excellent client communication and patient care. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, developing treatment plans, performing routine and advanced surgical procedures, prescribing medications, interpreting diagnostic tests including laboratory work and imaging, and maintaining accurate medical records.
The role requires close collaboration with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient patient care. The Associate Veterinarian will educate pet owners on treatment options and preventative healthcare measures, participate in emergency and urgent care cases as needed, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment. This position is suitable for veterinarians with at least one year of clinical experience.

Practice Details
This established practice offers progressive medicine and exceptional care for companion animals. Services include surgery, digital radiology, ultrasound, preventative care, lab work, and more. Operating Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, the hospital combines modern veterinary medicine with a patient-focused approach, providing comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services. The practice is Fear Free certified and has a long-standing history of excellence in veterinary care since 1942.

Team
The hospital is led by two veterinarians supported by a dedicated and experienced support staff who assist with clinical procedures, client communication, and daily hospital operations. The care provided is supportive, ethical, and empathetic, fostering a collaborative environment where doctors and staff work closely together to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a positive workplace culture.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
