Introduction
Our client is a hospital providing care for dogs and cats and is seeking an Urgent Care Veterinarian to join their team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available for experienced veterinarians looking to help launch a brand-new, state-of-the-art urgent care hospital. Role Description and Responsibilities
The Urgent Care Veterinarian will provide prompt, high-quality medical care for dogs and cats presenting with urgent but non-life-threatening conditions. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing and treating urgent medical cases, carrying out surgical procedures when appropriate, utilising in-house diagnostics, communicating treatment plans with clients, and maintaining accurate medical records. This position is suited to an experienced veterinarian who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a supportive team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Practice Details
This brand-new, state-of-the-art urgent care hospital has been purpose-built to bridge the gap between primary care and emergency medicine. The hospital provides urgent care services, surgery, and in-house diagnostics, allowing veterinarians to manage a broad range of urgent medical cases using modern equipment and facilities. The practice is committed to delivering accessible, high-quality veterinary care while supporting its veterinarians with medical autonomy and the resources needed to practise exceptional medicine. The hospital operates seven days a week from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Candidate Requirements 

• Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
• Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
• Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
