Job Description

Introduction
Our client is a hospital seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join their team. The practice provides care for cats and dogs and is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This role involves providing the full scope of general practice veterinary care, including consultations, diagnostics, treatment planning, wellness care, preventative medicine, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality patient care while collaborating with the wider veterinary team. Doctor hours are open to discussion, with flexible scheduling available. This opportunity is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Practice Details
The hospital is open Monday to Sunday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and is well equipped to support a varied caseload. The practice offers a full scope of general practice services, including wellness care, preventative care, internal medicine, soft-tissue surgery, and dentistry, alongside urgent care services.

Team
The team consists of three DVMs supported by a great team of support staff.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
