Job Description

Introduction
Our client is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian at a companion animal hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive team within a modern facility providing high-quality veterinary care for dogs and cats.

Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 7 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 5 pm, and is closed on Sundays. The full-time schedule will be arranged within these hours to support work-life balance.

Role Description and Responsibilities
The Associate Veterinarian will provide comprehensive care for canine and feline patients, including wellness exams, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and urgent care. Responsibilities include performing thorough examinations, developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining clear client communication, and ensuring high standards of patient care.

The hospital offers a full range of services including wellness care, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, and urgent care within a modern, well-equipped facility designed to deliver efficient, compassionate care to the Las Vegas community.

Team Size
The hospital currently has a team of two veterinarians supported by skilled veterinary technicians and administrative staff.

Candidate Requirements 

  • Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
  • Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
  • Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
