Job Description
Introduction
A growing veterinary group in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join a hospital currently undergoing an exciting reopening phase. Working alongside a newly appointed Medical Director, this role is ideal for a confident clinician looking to play a key part in shaping a refreshed hospital environment while delivering high-quality, community-focused care.
Working Hours / Rota
This is a full-time position with a flexible and evolving schedule, designed to support both patient demand and team wellbeing as the hospital re-establishes itself, offering input into how the rota develops over time.
Role Description and Responsibilities
In this position, you will take ownership of a varied small animal caseload, managing cases from consultation through to treatment and follow-up, while collaborating closely with the Medical Director to support clinical consistency, contribute to workflow improvements, and help build a strong, efficient, and positive team environment.

The hospital is being revitalized with a focus on modern veterinary medicine, efficient systems, and a strong client experience, providing an opportunity to step into a practice that is evolving quickly and where your clinical input and ideas will directly influence how care is delivered.
Team
You will work closely with the Medical Director as part of a developing team, contributing to a culture centered around collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to help shape team dynamics from an early stage.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold the relevant degree(s) and additional qualifications to work as a veterinarian in the United States of America (USA)
- Must hold, be in the process of, or be able to obtain, a state license for the state they are applying to work in
- Must have the right to work in the United States of America (USA), or be able to obtain the required visa to do so
