Job Description

Introduction
An established companion animal hospital in Lakewood, Colorado is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join a collaborative and experienced team. Working Hours / Rota
The hospital is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm. The schedule prioritizes work-life balance and can be tailored to support individual preferences.

Role Description and Responsibilities
This position is suited to a veterinarian interested in a varied caseload focused on medicine rather than surgery. The practice offers support for continued learning and accommodates those with a special interest in orthopedics or diagnostics, though such focus is not required. You will work closely with a capable technical team, managing both routine and complex cases.

Practice Details
The hospital is equipped with in-house laboratory diagnostics, digital radiography (including dental), and ultrasound. Support staff are skilled in anesthetic monitoring and perioperative care, with continuous patient monitoring provided for hospitalized cases.

Team
The team includes multiple experienced veterinarians and a strong support staff, known for their camaraderie and commitment to the community. The hospital maintains partnerships with local rescue organizations and values a service-oriented approach to veterinary care.
